Jupeb 2018/2019 Exam Ends This Week

This is to inform the general public that Jupeb exam for 2018/19 Academic Session comes to an end this week.

All candidates are wished success in their results and are advised to purchase post ume forms of schools they wish you apply into as long as they picked them on their Direct Entry Form.

Ijmb with is an advance level program that gives students the opportunity to gain admission into the university of their choice without Jamb is setting to release the results of students who wrote their exams this year 2019. Students are advised to start registering for their Institutions screening and include awaiting results to update when their results are released.

What Is IJMB?

If you are reading this post you are wondering what ijmb stands for. It stand for Interim Joint Matriculation Board its an advance level program that gives admission seekers the opportunity to gain University admission without Jamb.

An examination will be conducted before the student can gain admission into the university, the exam is called IJMBE Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination .

Most Nigerian universities accept IJMB as one of their direct entry requirements into 200 level.

LASU SCREENING, ALL NECESSARY DETAILS

 LASU Post-UTME/DE registration, cut-off mark, eligibility, application cost, deadline and relevant details for the 2018/2019 academic session have been announced. Cut-off mark is 190. Application cost is 190. Deadline is 17th August, 2018

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR SCREENING

i. Candidates who have chosen Lagos State University as their First Choice institution in the 2018Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), and have scored a minimum of 190 marks are eligible to participate in the Online Admission Screening Exercise. In addition, Candidates must be at least 16 years of age, by 1st October, 2018.

ii. ALL Pre Degree Studies (PDS) students who have successfully completed their studies and wish to be considered for admission into Lagos State University in the 2018/2019 Academic Session, who must have chosen Lagos State University as their First Choice institution in the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), and have scored a minimum of 190 marks are eligible to participate in the Online Admission Screening Exercise.

iii. ALL Direct Entry (200 Level) Candidates, including LASU Foundation (JUPEB), who wish to be considered for admission into Lagos State University for the 2018/2019 Academic Session, who must have obtained Direct Entry Form from JAMB are also eligible and must apply for the Screening Exercise.

iv. Candidates of Lagos State Origin, for 100 & 200 Levels who have proved their claims before the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (lIVC) set up by the Lagos State University must fill in their IIVC Code on the Screening Portal.

4. METHOD OF APPLICATION

A. ONLINE PAYMENT

1. Prospective Candidates will visit www.screening.lasu.edu.ng and select MAKE PAYMENT option in the drop down list at the top, to make the required non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000:00) Screening Fee for the 2018/2019 LASU Admission Screening Exercise.

The Prospective Candidates would be required to submit the following:

a. JAMB Registration Number

b. Surname, First name, Middle name

c. Email Address and Telephone Number (both must be active and personal to the applicant)

2. Click on PROCEED

3. On the next page, a TRANSACTION ID to be used for PAYMENT would be displayed. The Candidate should copy this TRANSACTION ID and proceed for PAYMENT at http://www.quickteller.com/lasu

4. On http://www.quickteller.com/lasu page,

(i)     Click on PAY

(ii)    Enter your email address, GSM number.

(iii)    Also enter the Transaction ID copied in step 3 above

(iv)   Proceed to enter details of your ATM card

(v)    Click Process payment

(vi)   Print your Payment receipt. A transaction message will be sent to your email and GSM, hence the need to use your personal E-mail address and GSM number.

B. ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ALL CANDIDATES

STEP I

After successful payment for LASU 2018/2019 Online Admission Screening Exercise, return to lasu.edu.ng and CLICK CONTINUE REGISTRATION button to print your Screening PIN.

STEP II

Use your JAMB Registration Number AND the printed Screening PIN to login to the LASU Online Screening Platform at https://services.lidc.lasu.edu.ng/admissionscreening for the screening after Selecting UTME or Direct Entry (DE) Button.

STEP III

* Carefully fill in your personal details as required

* Upload passport photograph NOT MORE THAN 20KB (JPEG)

* Save and proceed

* Carefully enter your UTME details

* Scan and Upload UTME result slip NOT MORE THAN 20KB (PDF)

* Save and proceed

* Select number of O’ Level sitting(s)

* Scan and Upload O’Level result slip(s) NOT MORE THAN 20KB (PDF)

* Save and proceed

* Input required O’ Level details

* Save and proceed

* Candidates must possess Five (5) O’ Level Credit Passes in subjects relevant to their desired course of study at not more than Two (2) sittings, except Medicine and Dentistry that require ONLY One (1) sitting.

* Candidates who wish to study any Engineering Course and wish to use Two (2) sitting of O’Level Results must possess Six (6) O’ Level Credit Passes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, one Science subject and any other subject.

* Candidates with Awaiting Result status are also eligible to apply for the Screening Exercise.

* Credit Pass in English Language is compulsory for admission into all courses in Lagos State University.

* Candidates of Lagos State Origin who have proved their claims before the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) MUST fill in their IIVC Code on the Screening Portal.

* Note that any examination taken after July 2018 is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

STEP IV

* Carefully preview all details supplied and CERTIFY that they are correct

* CHECK THE “I CERTIFY” BUTTON if you agree with all details as displayed in the Preview.

* By ticking the “I CERTIFY”Button, the Candidate confirms that the screening will be premised ONLY on the supplied information as the screening decision is final. If you do not agree to the stated terms you will not be permitted to go beyond this point.

* Click the “continue” button

STEP V

* After submission, you will be redirected to the Screening Homepage

* Enter your UTME REGISTRATION NUMBER then click DOWNLOAD RESULT to generate your SCREENING

C. ONLINE SCREENING FOR ALL CANDIDATES

* The Screening of Candidate(s) will be based on Point Grading System, using the UTME Score and SSCE (or equivalent) Grades in Five (5) BEST RELEVANT subjects to Candidate’s Choice of Course

* The relevant subjects are obtainable from 2018 JAMB Brochure available online at https://myschool.ng/classroom/jamb-brochure

* Candidates are advised to visit JAMB website to study the O’ Level subject requirements for their Course of choice before participating in the Online Admission Screening.

FUTO Post-UTME Screening Date 2018 Announced

Federal University Owerri has announced its Post UTME screening date would hold on Monday 30th July 2018.

All candidates who have registerted for the screening exercise are required to print their screening slips as from Thursday 26th July 2018, to know the date and time for their screening exercise

The screening exercise is computer based.

UNN Post-UTME Screening Results, 2018/2019 Released

UNN Post-UTME Sctreening results for 2018/2019 session are out. All prospective students of University of Nigeria Nsukka who participated in the screening exercise are by this notice advised to proceed to check their screening results online

The result checker platform is available after the payment of the sum of N1,000 only at all designated banks or through your ATM Card on the Remita platform.

To check your results, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Visit the UNN Portal- www.unnportal.unn.edu.ng
  2. Click on Prospective Students.
  3. Click on 2018/19 Screening Result.
  4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
  5. Proceed to generate an invoice which contains your RRR Number.
  6. Pay using your ATM Card or proceed to any bank with your printout for payment.
  7. Return to the Portal.
  8. Enter your Registration Number.
  9. Your result is available to you.

NOTE

Step Two

With the generated invoice you are required to purchase the form at the designated banks viz: Microfinance, FCMB or any other banks that partner with fedpolyoko school or through the use of remitta, and make a payment of #2000. A Payment receipt will be issued to you.

Revisit any cyber cafe to complete your online registration with the following credentials:

EKSU Post-UTME/DE 2018: All Necessary Details

Cut-off mark is 180. Registration deadline is August 3rd, 2018

Eligibility

EKSU will admit candidates whochose the university as first choice, scored 180 in the last UTME and  made at least five (5) Credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/ in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings and a minimum of Lower Credit by Direct Entry candidates. Direct Entry candidates who are interested in changing their choice of University to EKSU will be considered.

The University will also consider UTME candidates who did not make EKSU their choice but scored 180 and above in the last UTME and are interested in changing to the University. EKSU gives concession to its Pre-degree students in keeping with senate approval.

NOTE: EKSU will admit candidates for Medicine, this session

Screening Date And Details

Screening test date and time would be obtained from the registration print out. To prepare adequately for the screening exercise, get the Original EKSU Post-UTME Past questions And Answers. Click here now to get yours. Any candidates who fail to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission into the University.

Method Of Application

-Log on to www.eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng and click on 2018/2018 UTME/DE application, you will be directed to the online application portal

-Click on “New Applicant” and provide the required details to create account (make your JAMB registration number your password) after which a link would be sent to your email address. Click on the link to complete your registration and you would be redirected back to online application portal page. Enter your email address and JAMB registration Number as Password to login

-Select 2018/2019 PUTME application, which require that you supply JAMB Registration Number (UTME Number) and Names as it appears on your JAMB Result

-Review your details and click “Make Payment” this will redirect you to the EKSU online payment platform. Select your card type (e.g Master Card, VISA, VERVE etc). Enter your debit/ATM card details. Click “Pay” and wait while you are redirected back to the portal, print your receipt and proceed with your registration

-After successful payment click “proceed” to fill in the require details on screening form and attach your recent passport photograph in JPEG Format only

-Detailed results from at most two of the following examinations, SSCE, NECO and NABTEB should be provided

-Candidates awaiting results should supply them within two weeks of release

-Preview, Confirm, Submit and print out the competed form which you are expected to bring to the screening centre.
